Companies doing annual audits need to prepare the relevant documents in advance, which include but are not limited to:

_ Financial Report

_ Directors’ reports and directors’ statements

_ Independent auditor’s report (if applicable)

_ Consolidated income statement (profit and loss account)

_ Statement of financial position (balance sheet)

_ Cash flow statement

_ Statement of shareholders’ equity

_ Corresponding notes to the financial statements

_ Director’s Statement.

_ Exempt Company Statement (if applicable).

_ Solvency Statement.

_ Adoption of financial statements resolution.

_ Waiver of audit resolution (if applicable).

_ Consent of company members.

* Other relevant documents.

 All of the above documents need to be signed by the relevant directors and members.
